Why I Care (Maybe a Little Too Much)

Crunchy, Curious, and Just a Little OCD

Hi, I’m a proud crunchy mom of four.  Over the years, I’ve become (only slightly) OCD about what goes on, in, and around our bodies — from EMFs to water quality, food, clothing, and even toiletries. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a passion for uncovering the truth behind the products and habits we bring into our homes.

Lately, I’ve found myself diving deep into the so-called “conspiracies” — and let’s just say, some of them aren’t as crazy as they sound. Once you learn the truth, you can’t unlearn it. But don’t worry, I’ve done (most of) the digging for you.

Think of me as your guide to healthier, more intentional living — without the overwhelm. I break down the bottom line so you don’t have to fall into every rabbit hole yourself.

You don’t have to change everything overnight. Just start caring, and begin making small changes. They do add up.

Let’s learn, question, and grow together.
